Job Description:

    Join our team in CHATLIVE Studio Iasi office as System Administrator in order to develop, maintain and manage the network systems and servers and other equipments. System Administrator’s role is to ensure the stable operation of critical software applications, databases and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all software and communication links. The person will also analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of keeping in optimal parameters the infrastructure required for CHATLIVE Studio IASI operations
• Provide helpdesk support for our models
• Manage and administrate all operating systems and their corresponding or associated software.
• Maintains databases for our internal software applications.
• Manage communications and connection solutions, including local area networks, intranet (SVN) and Internet applications.
• Deploy and maintain firewalls, cryptography systems, and all host security activities.
• Analyze system or application usage and plan for growth or increases in network, database, or system capacity.
• Perform network and security audits.
• Perform system backups.
• Provide on-call technical support.
• Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
• Maintain servers and systems (Windows and Linux.
• Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Administer and maintain server applications like DHCP server, SQUID HTTP Proxy, SAMBA, Apache, XSP and others.
• Procurement, delivery and installation of hardware (Windows, Linux, different servers).
• Research, select an design solutions that will meet company needs.
• Help administrative department in tasks regarding purchasing infrastructure.
• Vendor liaison - making sure that equipment is shipped or delivered on time according to requirements. Deals with warranty issues.

Requirements:
University degree and a minimum of 1 years equivalent relevant work experience in a videochat studio or similar network infrastructure.
